Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my included searches?
You can continue searching at the overage rate for your tier. Free users pay $0.08/search, Pro users pay $0.05/search, and Business users pay $0.03/search. You will never be charged beyond your tier's maximum search limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you will receive credit toward future billing.
What counts as a search?
A search is counted when you submit a query and receive a result. Failed searches due to system errors are never charged. Duplicate searches for the same person within 24 hours are cached and do not count toward your limit.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No! You get 5 free searches when you sign up. No credit card required until you choose to upgrade or purchase additional searches.
